Does the SCP Foundation Pay Taxes?

Probably not due to how the Foundation is a private organization and the fact that they contain things the IRS should not know about. Their staff, however, probably pay taxes.

How much of SCP-173’s body or SCP-096 face can you not see or see to activate it?

For instance, if a D-Class is standing in a room with 173 and another D-Class is behind a door and looks through the door’s gap at 173’s base and the D-Class in the room closes their eyes, will 173 move or not. The opposite with 096, how much of its face can be looked at before it goes ape-shit. If a D-Class looks at it’s forehead will it be enraged or not?

Why do these expungements exist. The Foundation is already pretty secret with a ton of guards, antimemes, and other preventative measures, so why are their so much expunged data in these articles, especially when the people reading them can already paint a picture about what happens.
